Stoll is a graduate of Oberlin College and the Graduate Acting Program at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. He got engaged to actress Nadia Bowers in 2014, and they got married the next year.
Professional Life
Stoll began his career in theater. In 2004, he was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for his work in Intimate Apparel, starring opposite Viola Davis, Oscar and Tony-winning actress.
In 2001, Stoll would have his first film role. He had a more formal debut on television and in film in 2004.

In 2020, Stoll joined the cast of the popular drama series Billions, which follows a hedge fund manager, Bobby Axelrod, as played by Damian Lewis, and his nemesis, an attorney, played by Paul Giamatti. Stoll plays Michael Prince, a business rival for Axelrod. Stoll joined the cast as a recurring character in season five and as a main one in season six.
