Siff married Paul Ratliff in 2012. They have a kid together.

Professional Life

Siff made her debut in 2004 in Rescue Me. She had a small role as a speaker in Alcoholics Anonymous in one episode. Shortly after, she became part of such large and long-running series as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Grey’s Anatomy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Grey’s Anatomy, and Law & Order.

In 2007, Siff was cast as Rachel Menken Katz in Mad Men. She would continue to play the role until 2008 and received a nomination as part of the ensemble cast for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. Between 2007 and 2008, she also appeared in the series Nip/Tuck as a burn victim. In 2009, the actress was in Life on Mars in a guest role, appearing for three episodes.

In 2008, Siff was cast in one of her best-recognized roles, Dr. Tara Knowles, in Sons of Anarchy. She was a surgeon and a love interest for Jax Teller. She was a part of the show throughout several seasons. Sons of Anarchy was a transgressive television show that followed the lives of various members of an outlaw motorcycle club and the people around them.

In regards to film roles, Siff has appeared in Michael Clayton, Then She Found Me, Push, Funny People, Leaves of Grass, and Concussion between 2007 and 2013. In 2016, she was in The 5th Wave, A Woman, a Part, and The Sweet Life. In 2017, the actress appeared in One Percent More Humid. In 2019, she was in The Short History of the Long Road.

In 2016, the actress was cast in Billions, the series that continues to run into 2022. She has a main role as psychiatrist/coach Wendy Rhoades and has appeared in 55 episodes so far. She is the wife of the main character Chuck Rhoades and works with his rival, Bobby Axelrod, the hedge fund manager.

Additional work includes narration for Gwendy’s Button Box, a Stephen King and Richard Chizmar book, released in audio. In 2020, she voiced Polly Platt in Polly Platt: The Invisible Woman, part of the podcast You Must Remember This by Karina Longworth. Since 2018, the actress has been the official spokesperson for Betterment.
