Professional Life

Siff made her debut in 2004 in Rescue Me. She had a small role as a speaker in Alcoholics Anonymous in one episode. Shortly after, she became part of such large and long-running series as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Grey’s Anatomy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Grey’s Anatomy, and Law & Order.

In 2007, Siff was cast as Rachel Menken Katz in Mad Men. She would continue to play the role until 2008 and received a nomination as part of the ensemble cast for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. Between 2007 and 2008, she also appeared in the series Nip/Tuck as a burn victim. In 2009, the actress was in Life on Mars in a guest role, appearing for three episodes.

In 2008, Siff was cast in one of her best-recognized roles, Dr. Tara Knowles, in Sons of Anarchy. She was a surgeon and a love interest for Jax Teller. She was a part of the show throughout several seasons.
