Amanda Schull is the daughter of Susan Schull, the president of Ballet Hawaii. She trained at Hawaii State Ballet. In addition, she attended Indiana University with a ballet scholarship.
Schull is married to George Wilson. They have a child together.
Professional Life
In 2000, Schull was cast as Jody Sawyer. This was the leading role, and she got it while still an apprentice with the San Francisco Ballet. She would remain with the ballet as a main member until 2006 when she retired.
In 2008, she filmed Mao’s Last Dancer in Australia. The film was released in 2010, and Schull played Elizabeth Mackey, one of the central characters.
