His early life and career beginning
Romain grew up in France alongside his family. While residing in France, he became a pastry chef after learning to bake and trained as a pastry chef.
He began modeling in France until the agency he was signed with urged him to move to LA because it was promising and had a bigger market and more bookings. Seeking greener pastures, he moved to Los Angeles, California, the USA, to pursue a modeling career.
The talented model no longer professionally bakes but has moved to other ventures.
Romain’s professional career life
Romain began his modeling career when a photographer contacted him. After the shoot, other agencies reached out, and he eventually started working with Wilhelmina models. His career saw him model for several brands, including Garçon and DNA, and graced magazine covers like the Men Cruze and Eclair.
The French model ventured into other businesses in the real estate industry. He started by remodeling clients’ houses before they put up their houses for sale or after buying. While at it, he became a project manager for the Oppenheim Group, a luxury real estate firm in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles.
Eventually, the Oppenheim Group began airing their show Selling Sunset, a Netflix reality television series that became a hit. Romain became involved, working behind the scenes, constructing, and handling projects.
As a project manager for the elite group’s listings, Romain’s profile rose, gaining more recognition, growing his social media fanbase, and a flourishing career. In Selling Sunset, he appeared alongside cast members Chrishell Stause, Heather Rae Young, Christine Quinn, Jason Oppenheim, Amanza Smith, Brett Oppenheim, and Maya Vander.
Alongside his burgeoning career, Romain charges on VidSig and Cameo for a live video chat or a quick clip. He has patronage from his fans who request his videos.
His personal life
Romain began dating co-star, Mary Fitzgerald whom he secretly married in a civil wedding on March 9, 2018, at the Ventura Courthouse, according to TMZ. Their relationship commenced before Selling Sunset aired in season one, but they chose not to tell anyone until they were sure their marriage would work before publicizing it.
They met through a client when Romain’s boss moved some French pastry chefs to the Hollywood area. She was the agent who helped to show him properties, and instantly, their meeting sparked a mutual attraction. The pair officially married in October 2019, with Romain’s relatives flying in from France to grace their wedding. Many people had no idea that they hitched before Selling Sunset premiered.
Their dream is to make more money to flip homes, where she finds good deals, and he remodels the properties.
