Scott is the only child of Jeffery and Bonnie Disick. He attended The Ross School, East Hampton but didn’t complete his education and later became a teenage book cover model for the Heartland series. Scott began dating Kourtney Kardashian in 2005 after meeting at a house party in Mexico. They have three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign, often appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians alongside their parents and other cast members including Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kris Jenner, Stephanie Shepherd, Rob Kardashian, Malika Haqq, Caitlyn Jenner, Brandon Jenner, Jonathan Cheban, Ye a.k.a. Kanye West, and Lamar Odom.
They split in 2015 but are co-parenting their kids amicably.
