Her early life and career beginnings

Heather’s parents raised her in a small, friendly mountain town, up in the San Bernardino mountains, Running Springs, California. Her childhood was centered around Hiking, swimming, skiing, dance lessons, and enjoying the outdoor life.

Her first after-school job was serving at a pizza shop, subsequently as a ticket checker at the Snow Valley Ski Resort, and a clerk at a video store. As a determined teenager, she moved out at eighteen in search of greener pastures and went to live with her school friend Amy who was living in Redlands, California.

Heather’s professional career life

Relocating to Redlands allowed Heather to pursue a modeling career. She began dreaming of modeling at fourteen after seeing a playboy magazine belonging to her friend’s father. In June 2008, she attended a playboy casting call and got invited for test shots which led to a feature. Her modeling career took off quickly, especially after meeting Josh Ryan, a photographer who submitted her test shots to Playboy.

Heather emerged as Miss February amongst the twelve girls picked to feature on Playboy magazine. She did ad campaigns, photoshoots, modeling for several brands, including Baileys, Captain Morgan, Jose Cuervo, Smirnoff Off, and worked as a swimsuit, lingerie, and glamor model.

Apart from her modeling accomplishments, Heather also explored other ventures. She attended an acting school for about three years to level up her acting skills and eventually landed minor movie roles in Malibu Horror Story, Comedy Bang! Bang!, Love in the Time of Monsters, Dead Reckoning, Mafia, Christmas in Compton, Chillerama, and Til Death. However, her desire for acting fizzled, and she quit auditioning for roles.

Heather made appearances on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, as well as Jimmy Kimmel’s Late Night Show.

The multifaceted model diverted her attention to the real estate industry, got a real estate license in 2014, and quickly began making waves in the Industry. Her interest in real estate began after her friends raised the topic. She declined but eventually picked interest, selling a house and condo worth millions in three months, and the rest is history.

In 2015, Heather joined the Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage firm. She got with them before their Netflix reality tv series Selling Sunset took off. Getting on the show propelled her career forward and gained her global recognition while affording her high net worth clientele.

In Selling Sunset, she worked along side cast members Mary Fitzgerald, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Jason Oppenheim, Amanza Smith, Brett Oppenheim, Romain Bonnet, and Maya Vander.
