Alexandra Daddario is an American actress. She is best known for playing Annabeth Chase in the film Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief, as well as its sequel film. She is also known for appearing in White Collar, Parenthood, and other series.

Professional Life

Daddario started acting when she was sixteen. She made her debut in the long-running soap opera All My Children. She would stay in a recurring role, playing Laurie Lewis for 43 episodes between 2002 and 2003.

In 2004, she appeared in Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. The next year, she would be featured in Conviction and The Sopranos.

2009 saw Daddario appear in Damages, Life on Mars, and Nurse Jackie.

In 2009 as well, Daddario got cast as Kate Moreau, a love interest with unclear motivations in White Collar, opposite Matt Bomer. She would have a recurring role throughout seasons one and two, 2009 to 2011.

Between 2011 and 2012, Daddario appeared as Rachel in Parenthood, another recurring role throughout season three.

She has Italian heritage on her father’s side and also a heritage from Hungary, Slovenia, and Germany on her mother’s side.
