Early life before fame:
Haley was born in Southern California and grew up in Chino Hills. She initially began her music career at the tender age of four, after she was homeschooled. She is also of Indonesian and Chinese descent. Haley also has a sister by the name of Brianne Tju, who is also a famous actress (Having played Riley Marra on the MTV series Cream, Alex Portnoy on the popular Hulu series Light as a Feather, and as Alexa on the popular TV series 47 Meters Down Uncaged (2019)).
Her career as an actress:
Haley got her first breakout role when she appeared in a television commercial for Pizza Hut. This put her on the map as being a talented child actress shortly after she was cast to perform a tiny role on the popular teen-drama TV series Hannah Montana when Haley was only seven.
Haley has appeared in numerous television movies, feature films, short films, and television shows. She has appeared on The Suite Life on Deck, where she played Young Londyn in an episode of the show. Later on, she also appeared in an episode of Desperate Housewives, where she was credited as laying “Little Girl 2” (2009). Some of Haley’s other roles have included playing Tina Destiny on Den BRother (2010), portraying Zoey on I’m in the Band (2011), appearing as Missy on Mike & Molly (2011), playing Little Girl on the episode “I Wanna Be ALone” of Happily Divorced (2011).
Later on, she also appeared in the episode “A Message Back” of the popular TV show The Event.
In 2012 Haley was cast as Abby on the episode “Winner Take All” and “Ring and a Miss” on the American television sitcom Go On.

Voice acting:
Haley has also lent her voice as she appeared in the children’s animated series Monsters vs. Aliens portraying the character of Sweep. Afterward, Haley landed her first major leading role on a Nickelodeon television special titled “The Massively Mixed-Up Middle School Mystery,” where she was portraying one of the three main young detectives trying to solve a mystery case.
Haley was also cast in the main role as Pepper Silverstein (a cheerleader best friend of Brec Bassnger’s character Bella Dawson, on the popular television series Bella and the Bulldogs.
Her most recent voiceover work has included lending her voice for the character Alia in Arlo the Alligator Boy and the sequel I Heart Arlo (2021).
