Bagley was raised in Wisconsin and Michigan in cities like Madison, Trempealeau, and Niles. He has four siblings. He moved to California after high school as he studied Art and Psychology at California State University Fullerton.

Professional Life

Bagley started his professional life with odd jobs. Some interesting ones include a butler at the Playboy Mansion, a Mitzi Gaynor dancer, a Page at Paramount Studios, and more. Then, he began taking classes with The Groundlings and other big-name actors.

Bagley’s film debut came in 1992 in Mistress. He would then go on to appear in 1994’s The Mask, 1995’s The Crazysitter, 1999’s Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, and others, some straight to video releases. In 2004, he was in The Day After Tomorrow and, in 2006, in Accepted and Employee of the Month. In 2007, he was in Knocked Up and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. In 2009, he was in Finding Bliss and, 2010 saw him appear in Operation: Endgame. In 2012, he was in This Is 40. In 2017, he played Pete in The Evil Within. 2018 saw him appear in Fishbowl California, followed by Otherhood in 2019.

His television debut happened in 1993 in Coach. This was followed by roles in Diagnosis: Murder Howie Mandel’s Sunny Skies, and even Seinfeld. Between 1995 and 1996, he appeared in three episodes of Hope & Gloria, where he played Ed. After that, he was in Wings, The Nanny, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Ellen, ER, The Closer, Suddenly Susan, The X-Files, and more before the turn of the millennium. Between 2003 and 2007, he played Tim Devil in According to Jim. He would appear in Wanda Does It, The King of Queens, and other series between 2004. Other notable appearances include New Girl, Mom, Roseanne, One Day at a Time, Raven’s Home, and, starting in 2020, AJ and the Queen, Man with a Plan, B Positive, and, finally, Call Me Kat in 2022.
