Early Life, Education, And Interests

Reid, a twenty-eight-year-old American actor, was born in the Bronx, New York, reportedly at Jacobi Hospital. His love for acting was very evident since he was a child. Since his school times, Michael Reid wanted to be an actor and imitate actors and Tv characters. He passed out from the elementary school at Hawthorn pearls in Yorker, New York, in the year 2003. Furthermore, he completed his secondary education at The San Fernando Valley Professional School in 2010.
To pursue his love for acting, Reid moved to Los Angeles in 2007. Career

At age 5, Reid did his first-ever audition for the Nickelodeon kid series Emergency: Ask a Kid and performed the role of dying poison victim. After that, he continued to act in T.V. commercials and appeared in radio ads. At age 8, he again appeared on Nickelodeon in the pilot The Difference.
Later, when he was 10, Reid made his off-Broadway acting debut in a theatre, starring David Strathairn as Mamillious. The theatre was based on Shakespeare’s The Winter Tale. Reid’s performance in the theatre garnered positive reviews, and he quickly received more offers for theatre roles. Over the years, he acted in many theatres, including Little Eyolf, where he played the role of Eyolf. The theatre was presented by the Epic Theatre Company. Other than that, Reid also acted in Wordsworth at the Cherry Lane Theatre as Kevin, The Grille Room (directed by Thomas Kail, a Tony Award winner) as Alex, and Lightly Built Bridges (directed by Doug Hughes, a Tony award winner) as Riley.

Michael Eric Reid then went on to star in films including House of D, where he played the role of Donald. The film also starred Robin Williams and was directed by David Duchovny. Other than that, he has been featured in an episode of Law and Order: CI named F.P.S. as Nicky Carlotta and has appeared as Kareen Abdul Jabbar in Ed. Reid also did a regular part on the A.B.C. show Miss Guided as Roger and acted in a 2009 movie Fame with Kelsey Grammer. From 2010 to 2013, he was part of the Nickelodeon T.V. show Victorious as Sinjin Van Cleef.

Recently, he has starred in the 2017 comedy film Mamaboy. Reid’s other T.V. credits include The Blacklist, Paradise City, and the Modern Family.
