Hi, Please introduce yourself and tell us what you do.
My name is Mughira – I am the founder of X Dynasty. My main focus is to help cultivate an environment of growth & security. Potential is something I like to reflect on & prioritize a lot. Day to day I handle community tasks as well as manage the social media’s where I can. X Dynasty is a passion project for me. We have a strong team that works together day to day to bring to life a vision & community we can be proud to call home. Where I feel most fulfilled in my role is finding a place for people in the community & helping them create their own space. I am just one of the key components to making this work. Please tell us about your Twitch and Discord Channel
X Dynasty is a team made on Twitch to represent our Asian brand. Our brand mainly operates on Discord. This is how we describe our community. We are an open Asian community, inclusive to all. We have 12,000+ members currently on Discord. We have a huge potential for growth & lead the way on Discord for these types of communities. We plan to really branch out on Twitch & are currently in the building phase.
Please tell us about your channel’s journey.
Over the course of university & COVID, I found a lot of people online that contributed to giving me a sense of home, and from there, we built X Dynasty over time. We ended up being more than just a server & brand. We became home to many people to express & expand on the things they chose to. The growth took us a while until we eventually became the most active 18+ Asian server. Drawing in a huge crowd daily. We then realized there is no limit to this. We could expand further & start looking into other platforms. If you think about it, the way I see it is that this is the start of our journey. We have a long way to go, so why not join us for the ride?
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
My strategy, for the most part, is being a part of the community; there is no point in leading a community you don’t understand. For a lot of people X Dynasty is a place where they could really explore themselves & figure out themselves. For me it became a place where I could watch others grow into the versions of themselves they want to go towards. With all this being said, it was also a place we could let loose.
