Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Nate Roliczek, a 17-year-old Bodybuilder and Model with over 13,000 followers on Instagram.
How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.
I got into weight lifting when I was 13 years old. I would always see magazines with big bodybuilders with six-packs. Ever since I wanted to look like them. I have been working out for 4 years now. I got into modeling at the age of 16. I always loved taking amazing photos and was always told I should give it a try, and I love every second of it!
Who are your role models?
I am inspired by Andrei Deiu, Jeremy Buendia ,Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Carlton Loth.
What inspires you?
Always improving/self-improvement, achieving short term goals, and seeing results!
What’s your most memorable experience?
My most memorable experience has to be having the opportunity to be a sponsored athlete for Kitchen32 – Elite Meal Prep Services, and Jed North Apparel!
Which social media channels work best for promoting your work? What exactly do you do on the social media channel that makes it work for you?
Instagram and YouTube! I post pictures of my physique to hopefully inspire others to live a healthy and happy lifestyle! I also post workout videos and edits on my YouTube channel.
Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?
I wish I understood how to train and eat properly when I first started working out.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Always researching, trying out new things, and staying consistent with what I do.
What keeps you going when things get tough?
Working out helps me get through things. Working out is more than just a physical aspect; it also helps you mentally. I always strive to accomplish my goals. One big goal of mine is to be an IFBB Pro in Men’s Physique.
