Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Natasha Ickes Saman, a Wife, Mother, Author, and Business Owner.
Please tell us about what it is that you do.
I have owned a successful hair salon for close to a decade. Last year I founded The Unstoppable Woman Inc– where I offer 1-1 coaching along with an online program that helps women reach new heights and amazing success in every area of their lives.
Please tell us more about your journey.
I came from being depressed, homeless, and battling addiction in my late teens- to opening my own hair salon and making 6 figures by 25. I attempted suicide at 17. After being released from the hospital, I turned my life around by taking responsibility for my life and upgrading my mindset and perspective to serve instead of hindering me.
Please tell us about your book, Overcoming: A Journey From Pain to Peace, Purpose and Power.
Overcoming: A journey from pain to peace, purpose and power is a memoir about the issues I faced. It covers serious issues with humor and authenticity, which can help readers realize they can overcome anything that they may face.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
I learned to turn every challenge into an opportunity, to grow through what I go through, and to manifest what I want in my life. I learned that when you combine a powerful mindset with an impeccable work ethic and a refusal to give up, anything is possible.

Life may throw you some curveballs, but you will thrive by learning to embrace and learn from them. Lead a life of love, passion, and purpose, and you will create a life you are wildly obsessed with.
