My name is Kaneez Zamir, and I’m a heart coherence and neuroscience coach, writer, and founder of Wired for Wisdom. I guide individuals in aligning their inner world with outer success, advising on the usage of brain-based tools and spiritual insights. I’m also involved in healthcare quality initiatives in the Middle East. My passion lies in blending science, spirituality, and soul work to help people live more empowered, intentional lives.
Please tell us about your journey.
My journey started with a deep curiosity about human behavior and consciousness. I spent years in Quality roles in healthcare, navigating high-stakes environments while quietly practicing mindfulness, neuroscience, and energy healing on the side. After working through my own personal struggles, I realized how vital it is to reprogram the subconscious, especially in a noisy world. That led me to create Wired for Wisdom, a platform and a book that bridges the latest in neuroscience with timeless spiritual wisdom. Today, I use my voice, writing, and platforms to offer people daily practices that reset, realign, and raise their frequency — starting with something as simple as a morning affirmations.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Honestly, it’s been a mix of strategy, and surrender.
Clarity in my “why” was key — I wasn’t chasing a trend; I was following a calling.
Consistency — whether it’s recording affirmations, refining my book, or building my content, I’ve shown up even when I didn’t feel ready.
Community — surrounding myself with people who believe in energy, healing, and growth made a huge difference.
And most importantly, alignment — every product, message, and offering I put out had to feel energetically clean and purposeful. That inner integrity has attracted the right readers and subscribers organically.
