Wendy Jones, a noninvasive aesthetic educator and practitioner is launching her book soon, its called Just Start. It is all about making big transformations in one’s daily life and finding the right mindset through practical changes that anyone can implement.
Jones brings insights from her own experience. She faced a huge low in her life: her body gave out, and she lost her job, but this led to her creating her own successful passion project, Tighten Body Bar. Wendy Jones approached it from the perspective of a woman with a family who was looking for a change and who wanted freedom, but also a chance to help people change their lives for the better.
Tighten Body Bar was a project that helps people regain their confidence and fall in love with their bodies once again through treatments that focus on beauty and are not invasive. It is an environment full of passion and positivity, and this same approach shines through in the book, Just Start, another project meant to help people heal and rejuvenate.
Just Start is focused on sharing insights that will inspire readers to take charge of their lives and move in a direction that is better for them. For many people, the idea of changing their lives feels scary and difficult. But they are still possible with the right help and guidance. A transformation can feel scary, so here Jones shares her insights that are inspirational and practical, helping people get a sense of what to do and where to go. As a result, they can feel inspired to advance toward their purpose.
As the title indicates, the book preaches a “just start” approach. It is a call to action to do what is necessary and find the strength to complete one’s objectives. As Jones says, “Just start by doing what’s necessary. Then, do what’s possible, and suddenly you’re doing the impossible.” A long journey starts with a small step.
Wendy is not talking just to talk but is sharing her experiences, which involve a lot of difficult challenges and failures. But she has never stopped and is hoping to inspire the reader with the same no-quitting attitude, which is especially important in an uncertain world.
Wendy teaches readers how to recognize the changes they are making, celebrate their wins, and keep moving forward. She gives insights that are rooted in her personal experiences and can help people get a sense of how they can keep moving forward.
Just Start is expected to be an exciting launch within the self-help genre. It is set to promote a positive mindset and create change based on the expertise of someone who hit a low point and reemerged to build a happier life. It is sure to please fans of self-help books who are looking for fresh ideas and new voices. It is also sure to please people looking for healing and improvement in their personal and professional lives.
Just Start is expected to launch soon. To keep up with Wendy and ensure you get the book, stay tuned for updates on her website.
We had the pleasure of interviewing Wendy Jones. Here are the excerpts from the interview.
Hi Wendy, Great to have you with us today! Please share with our readers about your book, Just Start.
Hello, I am a noninvasive aesthetic educator and practitioner. My book is a self-help book. It is about mindset…Practical Lessons On Making Life’s Biggest Transformations. In each chapter, I share a personal story from my own life. I did this because I have been asked so many times in my life how I remain positive and happy all the time. I never knew why so many people kept asking me this same question throughout my life until I started my business and connected with over eight thousand women in the past five years. When I reflected on it all, it kept coming back to my mindset.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Plan and simple LIFE! I am a firm believer that it is not what happens to us in life but how we get through it. This is what my book is about Mindset manifestation, god whispers, evolving, 5p’s, just to name a few.
Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?

Thank you so much, Wendy, for giving us your precious time! We wish you all the best for your journey ahead!
