Are you feeling stuck or held back by negative influences in your life? Kenneth Wyche’s upcoming book, Get Your Mind Right, might just be the guide you need to break free and start living authentically. Let’s delve into what this empowering self-help book has to offer.
Discovering the Path to Self-Actualization
At its core, Get Your Mind Right is about proactively learning from our experiences. Kenneth Wyche explores various fields like psychology, economics, religion, and technology to provide a holistic approach to personal growth. He emphasizes the importance of self-actualization—the realization of our potential and abilities.
Wyche believes that every person has innate desires and dreams that are eternal and cosmic. Unfortunately, negative influences can plant seeds of doubt, causing us to give up on these aspirations. His book encourages readers to rekindle those desires and pursue them with confidence. It’s not just about having a moment of inspiration but adopting a lifestyle that fosters continuous growth and fulfillment.
Overcoming Negative Influences
We all have “nouns” in our lives—people, places, and things—that might be holding us back. Wyche doesn’t shy away from acknowledging these negative forces, even likening some to “demons or the devil himself.” The message is clear: it’s time to break free from anything or anyone that doesn’t support your well-being.
The book offers practical advice on how to recognize and combat these negative influences. By getting your mind right, you empower yourself to generate health and purpose, leading to a more meaningful life. Wyche encourages readers to surround themselves with positivity and to affirm the good in their lives actively.

Spreading Success and Positivity
Not everyone reading Get Your Mind Right will be in a place of struggle. For those who are already experiencing success, Wyche’s book serves as an introspective guide to help increase that success to others. He advocates for magnanimity—being generous in forgiving and showing kindness to others.
The book challenges readers to think better, do better, believe better, and ultimately be better. It’s about more than personal gain; it’s about uplifting others and contributing to a more unified and compassionate society.

We had the privilege of interviewing Kenneth Wyche. Here are excerpts from the interview:
Hi Kenneth, It’s great to have you with us today! Please share about yourself with our readers.
Hi, I am not that great at talking about myself, lol. I value humanity and connecting with people. I run the lifestyle brand Life with Ken, where I do what I can to help people live more confidently. Get Your Mind Right is my debut title, so I’m still not adjusted to being an author yet, but I publish various types of content, including articles, regularly. I am really interested in unity right now, bringing people together, and knowing we have more in common than we do that separates us.
Please tell us about your Book.
Get Your Mind Right is my debut non-fiction self-help book that is about how you can be inspired to create positive change in your life. Sometimes, what you go through isn’t completely your fault. Yes, it’s important to take responsibility for your actions, but also, while you’re owning up to your shortcomings and apologizing for your mistakes, is the sentiment being reciprocated towards you? There is an old adage that goes, it takes two to tango. In this book, I illuminate to the best of my ability, via my own experiences, different situations in life that you may have experienced or are currently experiencing, some potential takeaways from those challenges, and ways you can think about them differently that may influence you to make a positive change for yourself and or your loved ones.
Please tell us about your journey.
Okay, firstly I am a Christian. This book is not Christian or religious but there are religious references. I start with that because my faith has led me to this point in my life thus far. Prior to relatively recently, I felt incapable of being myself because I was implicitly told and or made to believe that my authentic self isn’t likable. In other words, I would get a lot of lip service from people, but when it came to demonstrating their words, those same individuals would scatter, disappear, and or treat me like an inconvenience. At least that’s how I felt, and perception is reality. Once I started living with fidelity towards myself, people really didn’t like that, because I started seeing through their facade and making healthier decisions for my own well being. Some people like you better in a gaslit state than in one of free and dynamic thought.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
One of the main strategies, which I alluded to in my previous answer to the last question, is I started living with fidelity. Depending on your interpretation of the word con-fidence, what you get is “with-fidelity.” Once I started having confidence in myself and supporting my endeavors, I started making strides in what I perceive, and at least hope to be, the right direction for my life. I feel like I’m better today than I’ve been. It hasn’t all been easy, but I’m glad I’m on this path now.
Any message for our readers?
Be open-minded in life. Allow yourself to think outside of the box. Suspend your unbelief, even if only for a brief moment. Ask yourself, why not you, and why not now? You only receive what you believe you are worthy of receiving, and you can do anything you put your mind to. Put your mind to great things, put your mind to your God given desires, put your mind to the thing(s) you want that someone projected on to you that you couldn’t get. It wouldn’t be in you if it wasn’t meant to be fulfilled through you. Believe you are worthy of materializing what’s inside of you.
Thank you so much, Kenneth, for giving us your precious time! We wish you all the best for your journey ahead!
