Professional Life

Sophie Turner made her acting debut in Game of Thrones; the hit HBO fantasy drama. She first appeared in her iconic role as Sansa Stark in 2009. Sansa Stark is a member of House Stark, the daughter of Ned Stark, and the sister of Arya Stark, among others. At first, she appears as a somewhat naive young noblewoman but later matures through the difficult trials she is put through. In 2012, the actress was nominated for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance as a Supporting Actress. Turner remained with the series throughout the show until its finale.
