I am a best-selling author, business owner, multi-state licensed counselor, board-certified coach, multi-endorsement educator, and multi-certified professional. I help individuals strengthen their mental health and emotional resilience through education, strength exploration, and confidence-building.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
When helping others, I not only incorporate my knowledge of human behavior learned through my educational background, but also strategies and techniques that I personally have utilized in my own life. I have become more aware of my true self and understand that growth and healing is an inside job. My journey to success has included orchestrating my own definition of success as I’ve learned to live in an authenticity to brings me peace and joy. Strategies that have helped me along the way include SMART goal setting, self-discipline, confidence building, mentorship, and developing a self-care plan.

My guidance empowers them to recognize and reshape thought patterns, allowing them to break free from negativity and achieve greater fulfillment and happiness.
