Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Author Amber Carnell from Kentucky. She writes fiction fantasy & romance.
Can you please tell us about your journey?
I started writing when I was around six years old, and I haven’t lost the passion. My first book Aasira was published a year ago, and since then, I’ve been working on more.
Please tell us about your book Aasira
Aasira is about a young girl who is tired of living on the farm with her father and oldest brother. Instead, she wants to do something other than spend the rest of her life on the farm. She stumbles onto the murder of the town mayor, and as a witness, she is given the option of dying or taking the assassins’ place. Out of her element, Lilith has to learn how to be an assassin without being captured by the king’s men or dying.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
My husband has been the best at keeping me on track and making sure I have everything I need to get Aasira finished and published.
