Hi, Please introduce yourself and tell us about what you do.
I’m a Norwegian author and engineer with a double master’s degree. I have written two books, “701 Life Lessons” and “701 Life Quotes,” both focused on personal growth and self-development.
Please tell us about your books.
My book, “701 Life Lessons,” is an inspiring self-help guide that aims to help individuals transform their perspective and achieve their dreams. The book highlights the fact that life is full of valuable lessons, and encourages the reader to learn them as early as possible to handle the challenges, find their unique role, and prevent negative habits from forming.
The book challenges the reader’s present perceptions of life and the world and encourages them to broaden their perspective and consider alternative opinions, experiences, and points of view. This increased understanding and empathy leads to a reduction in prejudice, judgment, and conflict.
Through powerful life lessons, the book empowers the reader to view life’s hardships and obstacles in a new light and strive towards their greatest self in an often chaotic world. Whether you’re feeling lost and directionless, or simply seeking to better understand life’s complexities.

My latest books are “701 Life Lessons” and “701 Life Quotes.” The idea for these books started as a document where I saved motivational lessons and quotes. This was before the 2010s. As the list grew, I decided to turn it into a book and share my insights with others.
What advice would you give for new authors?
As a new author, I would offer several key pieces of advice. Firstly, it’s important to be an avid reader. Reading extensively will help you improve your writing and give you a better understanding of your genre and the market you’re entering.
Another important piece of advice is to experiment with different writing styles. Don’t be afraid to try new things and see what works best for you. This exploration can help you find your unique writing voice and style.
Finally, it’s crucial to find your genre. This will allow you to focus your efforts and hone your craft in a specific area. Understanding your genre will also help you target your audience and market your work effectively.
In summary, my advice for new authors is to read a lot of books, explore with writing styles, and find your genre. By doing so, you will be well on your way to a successful writing career.
