Please tell us more about your journey.

When I was in my early 20s, I battled a drug addiction, which led to mental health issues for me, which resulted in me being unemployed. It also left me in financial ruin. However, hitting rock bottom turned out to be a blessing; it gave me the impetus to transform. I then read over 500 books, learned to meditate… I took every course I could on personal development and started a business. I did whatever it took to get me out of where I was. And now I want to help people who are in the same place or anyone who’s looking to increase the quality of their life. Actually, I’m writing a book where I give evidence-based tools and strategies that can and will create lasting change.

Please tell us about your book.

My book will include very practical tools, exercises, and strategies that I know are valuable. It should be out sometime next year.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

There are so many. A simple one is making it a must to feed your mind and challenge your body daily.

Any message for our readers.

If you’re reading this, you have resources that billions of people don’t. For example, research shows that over 3 billion people don’t have internet access, over 2 billion people live on less than $2 a day. Regardless of where you are in life, there is always someone less fortunate than you. I implore anyone reading this to give in any way you can. I promise you that there is nothing more fulfilling than being of true value to others. It’s the “me, me, me” mindset that causes us to suffer. To end suffering, find a way to serve.

Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?

People can visit my website or follow me on social media channels of Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter @novenjaisi.

Thank you so much for giving us your precious time! We wish you the best for your journey ahead!
