Hi, I am a mental health counselor, meditation coach, and tarot reader. 

As a dedicated counselor with a passion for holistic well-being, I am committed to supporting people on their journey to personal growth and healing. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Counseling and Psychology, my training encompasses a diverse range of topics, including couples counseling, family dynamics, grief support, and various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. What inspired you to write the book?

My goal is to create a secure and nurturing environment for your exploration and personal development. Through methods such as channeling, connecting with higher guides, and tapping into your inner potential, you can anticipate uncovering new layers of self-awareness and growth. 

Please tell us about your book, ‘A Month of Positive Power: Motivational Diary’.

Because of my commitment to helping people and my passion for writing (I also like to write poetry), I decided to write this book as a motivational diary for people struggling with their mental health or for those who just want to uplift their mood. The book has 61 pages, a motivational affirmation for each day, along with 3 practical and reflective exercises. I started creating it in 2023, and I finalized it recently, in April 2024. My purpose is not necessarily to make money out of it, and I just want it to reach as many people and really make a difference in their lives. My journey – I was always passionate about psychology, human behavior, and the deep stuff. My friends always come to me with their problems or ask for advice. Most of them were calling me a “psychologist.” So, one day, I decided to start studying Counselling & Psychology, and this is how I started. The course lasted 3 years. And then, I took other courses related to this: CBT Therapist, Meditation Coach, Quantum Self Imagery course, Couple’s Counselling, and even an Intuitive Tarot Reader course.
