We had the pleasure of interviewing Katy Mariposa, Author of the book ‘Keto Diet – Reload.’ Here are the excerpts from the interview.
Hi Katy, Great to have you with us today! Please share with our readers about your book.
Hi, I have dedicated myself to the research and personal use of the now-famous Keto Diet. I wrote this book after seeing how many myths and errors there are in the use of the keto diet. The keto diet consists of consuming good fats as the main source of energy. It was promoted by an American doctor who is currently very famous and controversial. Then it became very fashionable, and since then, the information has been distorted a lot. In the book, I tell about my personal experience carrying out this diet. I also talk about its origins, the types of light sports and habits that are complementary, and some very simple menu suggestions.
Please tell us about your journey.
I started with that diet from the advice of the doctor that I mentioned. Although since I was 15 years old, I have focused on learning how to lead a healthy life and diet, I have never obtained such fantastic results as with the Keto Diet. I started in 2016, and it really was something that revolutionized my life.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
The main strategy has been to do keto-non-keto cycles. I think that is something that has never been highlighted in the wave of information about this diet.

Yes, it is interesting that the Keto diet is not completely new. For example, I found that the most beautiful empress of all time started eating this diet at some point in her life.
