Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Raul Ciceu, Author of Weight Loss: My Natural Almost Easy Method.

What inspired you to write the book ‘Weight Loss: My Natural Almost Easy Method’?


After reaching the age of Forty, for almost a decade, I regularly fought my excess weight following all sort of methods and approaches, unsuccessfully. Then, at 50 years of age, I decided to start my own research. I was so overweight that I almost couldn’t tie my laces without help, 

As a result of applying what now I am preaching in my book, I lost around 5 kilograms each month in a really smooth and natural way. 

Four months later, 20 kgs lighter, and with the stamina of a healthy 30-year-old, I hope my example will encourage others to apply this almost easy method!
