.L.O.N.D.O.N. Channels ’90s R&B Magic Into the Captivating New Album ‘Just Jeremy’

Some albums introduce an artist. Others help an artist rediscover the confidence that was there all along. With Just Jeremy, .L.O.N.D.O.N. prepares to share a deeply personal R&B project shaped by faith, reflection, resilience, and a renewed belief in his own voice.

From Gospel Beginnings to an R&B Era

Born Jeremy London, .L.O.N.D.O.N. hails from Stuttgart, Arkansas, USA. His earliest musical experiences came through church, where he regularly sang gospel throughout childhood. At first, the experience felt a little like being part of the Jackson 5, and young Jeremy was hardly enthusiastic about it. Over time, however, he developed a genuine love for the craft and began recognizing his voice as a gift.

Those gospel roots opened the door to meaningful opportunities. He performed as an opening act for legendary gospel singer Shirley Caesar and attended the Gospel Music Stellar Awards. These experiences strengthened his connection to music and gave him an early view of its ability to reach people.

His life also includes service as a U.S. Navy Fleet Marine Force medic. That background adds another dimension to an artist whose work comes from lived experience, discipline, and personal growth.

.L.O.N.D.O.N. later became part of the duo 830 alongside Ray Ray. The group released two EPs, 830-7125 and Summer Nights. Working within a duo gave him someone to rely on creatively, though it eventually made the prospect of standing alone feel more challenging. After leaving the group, he entered a stagnant period and gradually lost touch with his identity as a solo performer.

Now, he’s entering what he calls his R&B and urban era.

Just Jeremy Brings His Personal Story Forward

Scheduled for release on August 25, Just Jeremy will be .L.O.N.D.O.N.’s first official solo secular album. He’s written many songs over the years, though the timing for a complete solo release had never felt right. This project arrives at a moment when he feels ready to trust his gift and prove to himself that he’s enough.

Musically, the album blends R&B and urban pop with a gospel-inspired undertone. It draws from the nostalgic sounds of the 1990s and 2000s while adding a contemporary twist. .L.O.N.D.O.N. hopes to create positive, upbeat music that still leaves room for emotional honesty. His songs explore real situations from his life and the feelings those experiences created.

The title track, “Just Jeremy,” carries special importance because it captures the album’s central purpose. “Mental” and “Forget Me” also stand out as songs with personal meaning and messages that may connect with listeners navigating their own experiences.

Two tracks are currently available on Spotify: “Obviously” and “Missed Call.” “Obviously,” which appears on the album, explores moving beyond a relationship after realizing that its foundation was a lie. The song follows disappointment, emotional distance, and the clarity that comes with letting go. Its message also allows space for the other person to find what’s best for them while both people move forward separately.

Production comes from Kontrabandz and Vybe, while .L.O.N.D.O.N. produced two beats himself. Ray Ray, his former 830 bandmate, is the album’s only featured artist.

Talent, Faith, and a Wider Creative Identity

.L.O.N.D.O.N. believes music remains powerful, and he wants talent to stay at the heart of the industry. In an era heavily influenced by numbers and online clout, he feels the beauty of the music itself deserves greater attention. His goal is to offer sincere songs with personality, positive energy, and emotional depth without relying on heavily depressive or overly sexualized themes.

His creative world also includes his unisex fragrance, “Love Me by .L.O.N.D.O.N.” The fragrance provides another expression of his identity and connects naturally with the personal branding surrounding his music.

Although he performs secular music, his Christian faith remains central to his life. He believes a relationship with Jesus Christ is the most important relationship a person can have. Through his journey, he hopes listeners understand that faith can help them pursue the goals placed on their hearts.
