Terrible things are happening all over the world. In Ukraine, in Russia, in Gaza, in Israel, in Nigeria, in Haiti, in Venezuela and in many other places, terrible things are happening.
Today, the body of a young Black woman, Tasia Fortune, was found hanging in Mississippi.
Yeah, in 2026.
But all over the world, people are working to bring about peace and nonviolence. People are using, teaching and sharing practical strategies to prevent violence and to resolve conflict.
There are many examples of people who have put down their weapons and refused to fight anymore.
