Please tell us about what it is that you do.

I teach self-reliance and help women achieve their dreams and improve their relationships starting with taking care and loving themselves first. I encourage them to move up the ladder in their careers, make career changes, and even start up a new business from home and live in financial freedom.

What makes me different from other bloggers/vloggers is that my contents are unfiltered. I’m not always going to come out positive; instead, I’m going to come out real touching base on real-life situations. I’m a firm believer in keeping it real in both the real-world and online.

I use my online platform to encourage other women to live an authentic life.

I am keen to be my true self despite any societal expectations. I want my voice to become very powerful amongst women from all around the world.

I also help women with self-healing, meditation, energy clearing, and get unstuck and be unstoppable in every area of life. So, they could live more fulfilling & courageous lives benefiting themselves, their families, communities, and ultimately, the world.

I also enjoy lifestyle blogging and vlogging as a hobby, by the way.

Please tell us more about your journey.

I was born on the Caribbean Island of Aruba but immigrated to The Netherlands/ Holland Europe at a very young age joining my family. My childhood years were the best years of my life, filled with beautiful memories of my parents, family & friends.

Now, I’m a mother of 3 beautiful children. I work from home. I own a Recruitment Agency.

I have been working as an Executive Human Resources Manager of a 5-star Hotel Resorts for 7 years. Of course, I climbed to the top after getting several promotions. It wasn’t luck. It was a blessing. I have studied for it & put every inch of effort to become better at what I was doing. I resigned from the job to stay home for a year after I found out I was pregnant. I wanted to enjoy my pregnancy at peace from the comforts of my home.

Luckily I had a healthy pregnancy and gave birth to my firstborn baby boy.

After this, I applied back at the Hotel Resort, which opened it’s a second resort. I got hired as a Restaurant Supervisor. I took the job, and my salary could have never been better!

After a year, I realized that I was being bullied on the job for being a former Executive Human Resources Manager, which was downgraded to a Restaurant Supervisor. To me, it wasn’t anything. But to my co-workers, it was something funny since I was the HR Manager that they used to vent to when they had problems or any issues. And afterwards, I became a regular co-worker and employee. It was hilarious to them. I felt very uncomfortable on the job, and that’s where I realized I was so much better than that. I needed an urgent shift in my career. Be the bigger person again. Help others. Resolve conflicts, Coaching, Motivating, Inspiring employees.

Everyone was surprised by my re-assignment again. I quit, but this time it was to launch my recruitment agency. I know I teach women to start a side-hustle without resigning from their current job. But my story was a bit different. I needed to quit.

In the beginning, it wasn’t financially easy. I struggled a lot. After 3 years, I started seeing my business bloom, and I started to feel financial freedom.

I decided when & where to work. I can even work from my bed’s comfiness or chilling at the beach and still giving the best service I can. This was the best decision I ever made.

Growing up, I was always interested in the entertainment field. I used to write articles for a local magazine called “Pan Cayente” and hosted tv-shows. I was also a dancer of a group called “Popcorn Dancers” for a short period. Also, I competed in the Miss Universe Aruba 2005 competition.

I’m a former songwriter that used to work with a producer in Los Angeles, California, back in 2009. I wrote 5 songs. Some of them got placed in Spanish telenovelas (tv soaps). My two biggest gigs were when my song was placed in the thriller movie called The Ruins that aired in Cinemas around the world and when the Guatemalan singer/songwriter Gaby Moreno sang one of my songs.

Nowadays, I don’t do much more in the entertainment business. It’s difficult being a mom of 3, a homemaker, and an own boss at the same time. My two youngest daughters are a few months old and a year old. Sometimes it could get very overwhelming. I don’t even have time for myself. Nowadays, I just enjoy blogging and vlogging about lifestyle as a mother, being a businesswoman & showing my island Aruba’s tourist attractions, as you can see on my Youtube vlogs.

What motivates you to organize several giveaways?

I’m a person with a lot of empathy. I want to give back to the community. I want to make someone happy. Help out a person because I have the resources for it.

At the same time, I ask people to like & follow my pages. We all know that Companies and Brands use this as an important marketing strategy. I do it too. Most of the time, I give more than what I get, and I’m OK with it. Because of all of my blessings, I get them from God. I’m a Starseed, a lightworker & an empath person. It’s the season of giving & I will continue to give back and be grateful.
