Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Andrew McPhilbin, owner of Aqua Concepts, and the YouTube channel ‘The Water Boy UK.’
Andrew McPhilbin has a long history with water treatment. This year, 2021, Andrew has partnered with a UK manufacturer to produce a range of water softeners and drinking systems with ‘The Water Boy UK’ branding.
When leaving college, Andrew went into Research & Development at the University of Nottingham, working on tissue culture within the department of Biochemistry. After retraining, he entered the water treatment industry and now has a growing domestic business in the UK.
Hi! Please tell us about your company ‘The Water Boy UK.’
The market in the UK is predominantly ruled by three global manufacturers who control the high prices. Our aim is to bring a high-quality UK product into the market, which is more affordable and accessible to everyone, not just high earners, says Andrew.
Now that ‘The Water Boy UK‘ brand has a great UK manufacturer behind them, we intend to recruit installers throughout the UK and have a complete service care coverage to maintain a high level of aftercare.
Our products are made from recycled materials that can be reused afterlife, and we believe our success will stem from a great UK product that will be distributed by experts within the domestic industry.
