I want to be an inspiration to others.
How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey?
I worked in the corporate world as a software consultant for 20+ years. I constantly traveled for work in the US – At times, it was good, and times it was not so good. I made great money, but the stress took a toll on my health and happiness. I lost my passion for my job – I used to love it. At that time, I was burned out, in low space, and another meeting with everyone screaming at each other – I got off the phone and decided – I don’t want to do this anymore. I want to do something to help others. I want to do something I like and work with people who are fun and pleasant to work with. I started my LLC the next day – e:e Products LLC – Why e:e? It was 11:11 on my clock when I made my decision – and here I am today.
Who are your role models?
I love Coco Chanel’s Story. Sara Blakely’s Mastermind Class was so inspirational too. I have several others also – those are at the top. They created the life they wanted. I love that.
What inspires you?
Hard work. Nature and its beauty. Making goals and achieving them. Learning from my failures and knowing I can get past them.
Please tell us about your company.
E:e Products is the LLC – Simple Elegance Skin Care is my Skin Care company. I am the CEO. I researched several products during this venture – Natural Skin Care products were the best. I picked out the products after using them myself and testing with friends and family. My goal for our products is to be simple – elegance – and make you feel beautiful. It is not always about how my skin looks but a lot of how it feels. Our products do all of that and more.
Which social media channels work best for promoting your work?
Facebook / Instagram – currently, my business page for FB is in the review. They need to verify if I own Simple Elegance Skin Care.
Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?
I wish I would have researched Social Media Marketing better before getting started. Coming from a world where I installed software, created processes and procedures – I was not very social media savvy.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
A lot of research – LOTS – Daily! I always think of process improvement – how can I make something better!
What keeps you going when things get tough?
Support from my Husband. When I’m feeling low – he keeps me going. I love to do giveaways of products and self-care promotion to make someone’s day feels great! Also, when I think of how my days used to start before I started doing this full time. It is 100% exciting to get up and be my own boss. I love it!

Always remember you do have a choice. Whether it is a job that sucks the life out of you, a bad relationship, or wanting to improve who you are – make a decision and commit your self to it. I went from making great money and being miserable daily – to not really missing the paycheck and looking for how my future is going to be. How I want it. My stress, anxiety, and depression are gone. I have some times when I doubt myself, but I have come this far – anyone can shape their life into what they desire.
