Today, we are interviewing KayeCee Austin, a Tech Entrepreneur, Entertainer, and Mindset Coach.
How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey?
I naturally love creating, helping others solve problems, and change/strengthening their mindset. So, I would say this all sort of naturally fell into place.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by the resiliency of the human spirit in general. And, honestly, my resiliency and intestinal fortitude. Many people don’t think about it, but the ability to inspire ourselves despite setbacks is vital. One of my mentors always said to me, “If not you, then who?” This has still stuck with me.
Please tell us about your company.
My company is TG2M Media & HR. I’m passionate about creating in all capacities, so having a Media and HR company that matches my background keeps me fulfilled. I am passionate about helping others help themselves, so this allows me to do this wholeheartedly.
My current project under my company umbrella however, is called Cadence.Co. It is a new Social Network Platform for Aspies (Aspergers), Autism, ADHD, Bi-Polar and other neurodiverse personalities.
Neurodiverse means thinking and behaving differently. Our community embraces everyone and their family from infancy to adulthood.
This project is my passion project because I am an adult with Aspergers, also known affectionately as an “Aspie.”
What keeps you going when things get tough?
I trained myself long ago that when things get tough, I have to get tougher. No matter what that looks like at the time, I know I have to do it.
Any message for our readers.
My Mama used to always say people will tell you no if you let them. Don’t let them. What she meant by this is that there is always a way. Though it seems that the door is shut in your face, just know that there’s always a way. I am also a spiritual woman, so I know that I can do nothing on my own and that the universe will always make things happen for you.
