Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?

When looking back, hope is one of the main things I wish I understood how it works. I say that because somethings you can hope for, but that doesn’t mean that it will change, so you need to let go!

What keeps you going when things get tough?

I press forward because I don’t know how to stop, I tried giving up, just doesn’t work, my kids being understanding of my journey and willing to walk it down with me without giving me resistance helps and definitely my spiritual walk, to focus on my blessings and meditation to quiet my busy mind.
