We had the pleasure of interviewing Natalie Folgar. Here are the excerpts from the interview.
Hi Natalie, Great to have you with us today! Please share with our readers about yourself.
Hi, I’ve overcome genuine challenges throughout my life. Being a dyslexic writer hasn’t always been simple for me. I persisted nonetheless! Instead, I forced myself to keep going even when I wanted to give up. I’ve had to work twice as hard to get where I am. I aim to provide a tool that inspires others to rethink their approach to living. By raising your level of self-awareness, you may accomplish your goals, accept who you are, and view the world differently. I want you to develop and reach your full potential. With the right mindset, anything is possible.
Please tell us about your book, Story you tell yourself about yourself: A self-help guide.
The story you tell yourself about yourself is a self-help workbook. We’ll make a plan together for accomplishing that life you so wonderfully created through these pages. Discover self-care techniques to overcome your insecurities, uncover your dreams, and learn how to shift your perspective to turn your goals into reality with the aid of these 52-week interactive guided prompts. By the end of this self-help workbook, you will be aware of the gift to have to give the world & you’ll realize how to give it fully.
Please share with our readers about your journey.
I understand how difficult it is to stick to a regular and daily writing practice. I also recognize how important it is to continue working on oneself. That’s why I asked myself, “If I could concentrate on anything for a year, what would it be?” That was the birth of this workbook. I wanted it to be simple and easy to stick to.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
I had to change my perspective, which significantly impacted my life. Changing my point of view affected how I interacted with people, approached situations, and how saw myself. Making this shift made a real difference. I was no longer insecure about my limitations and started to accomplish things I never thought possible for me.
Any message for our readers.
I am a regular person who believes in the impossible. Be unapologetic when it comes to pursuing your dreams. Find what interests you, discover what is holding you back, and just go for it. At the end of your life, you want to say, “I gave it my all, I lived, and I lived well!”
Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?
Thank you so much, Natalie, for giving us your precious time! We wish you all the best for your journey ahead!
