‘Butterflies’ by Andrss is the perfect romantic melody needed to soothe your soul!!

Andrss or Sebastian Agudelo was born in Hollywood, Florida, on July 3rd, 2000. Music became his passion since an early age – in fact, there really is no time of his life when music was not an intriguing and powerful draw. He started making beats at 13, became a DJ at 16, and has been writing music since he was just 8 years old. His dedication allowed him to become a producer and engineer, teaching himself all the necessary skills and putting them into practice at his home studio. While he has experimented and built up his skills, he has been able to create a new sound that has drawn the attention of thousands of listeners and has netted him over 10 thousand streams for his debut single Ghost, with the numbers continuing to rise every day. 

 

The music Andrss produces is inspired by a variety of artists. He has always found influences from artists such as Blackbear, Justin Bieber, Drake, Rod Wave, Paramore, and many, many more. His music is also nurtured by a variety of experiences, from dancing to acting, that has offered him more sources of inspiration. He works hard to improve with each song and provide better and more complex music with each track. With influences and sound that has touches of pop, indie, and R&B, the music is fun and chill with a genuine emotion transmitted through the lyrics and is likely to please listeners looking for sincere and lovely music without the overproduced quality that many mainstream tracks have. ‘Butterflies‘ follow up Ghost and complicated, the previous two singles Andrss has put out.

Hi Andrss, Please tell us about what it is that you do.

I’m a Singer/Songwriter, Audio Engineer, and Producer. I was born in Hollywood, Florida.

Please tell us more about your journey.

I’ve always been intrigued by music. I’ve started making beats at the age of 13, Dj’d at 16, and have been songwriting since I was 8. I now have multiple skills as well as producing and engineering my own music. I have always been called “Experimental and successful” because everything I have a passion for what I attempt and get good at. Some examples are acting, dancing, music, sports, you name it. I’ve attempted it, and I still have that thrive. Just to name a few of my inspirations; Blackbear, Justin Bieber, Drake, Rod Wave, Paramore, etc. 

Please tell us about your latest single, ‘Butterflies.’

My latest single, Butterflies is about connection, genuine love, chemistry, and obviously, by the name of the song, the feeling of butterflies when you’re around this person.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

The strategies that helped me become successful in my journey are really simple; self-motivation, passion, patience, and commitment.
