International Fashion Photographer Troy Bronson from US, has experience in Location Scouting, and Documentary Photography!

Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Troy Bronson, an aspiring ArtistWriter, and Media Producer

Please tell us something about yourself.

I have experience in fashion, location scouting, art, and documentary photography. I am passionate about community volunteer work both at home in California, and abroad.

How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.

Everything started with a 2.0-megapixel camera my aunt gave me when I was little. I started taking pictures of my family and the countryside since I was raised in a small town. I continued taking pictures for years to come until now. In the last few years, job opportunities came up for me to showcase my talent, like working as a location scout for an oscar nominee director.

Who are your role models?

Kirk Douglas, his humble beginnings as a boy, teenage and adult life mirrors mine a lot, everything from having an abusive father to not being able to afford tuition, but he overcame it all, and so did I. I’m hoping my life becomes as successful as the rest of his. He lived for 103 years, passing out this year on February the 5th, a total legend.

What’s your most memorable experience?

Laying down and Hugging a 360-pound tiger in Thailand, yes, I was a bit drunk and even took a nap with him. I wish I was lying about this, but it’s all real, hahaha! The anxiety kicked in the following day, thinking about what I did, memorable pictures to show my grandchildren someday.

Which social media channels work best for promoting your work? What exactly do you do on the social media channel that makes it work for you?

Instagram and Facebook work well for me. I interact a lot with my followers on Instagram by posting interesting stories, but on Facebook, people seem to interact more with picture posts.

Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?

That there’s a lot of time to learn, and I shouldn’t get frustrated if I can’t figure something out more quickly or when learning something new.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

Just going for it, plain and simple.

What keeps you going when things get tough?

Knowing that money equals comfort and living a comfortable life is a big priority of mine.

How can people connect with you?

You can contact me by visiting my website, and you can also check out my Instagram.

Thank you so much for giving us your precious time! We wish you the best for your journey ahead!
