Record Label Owner Chad Nathan has dished out his first official single featuring talented Virginia artist J.See!!

Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Chad Nathan, an Independent Musician and Record Label Owner from South Carolina.

Hi Chad, Great to have you with us today! Please tell us about what it is that you do.

I run a media company promoting the work of myself and upcoming artists.

Please tell us more about your journey.

I originally began as an aspiring musician creating music for other artists for years, and eventually started releasing songs under my own name. I later started a YouTube channel in which I would post short, entertaining clips and post to other social media outlets as well. This helped grow my audience to a substantial size and allowed me to start my content creation media group. This media group allowed me to have a platform to promote the oval artists in my area.

Please tell us more about your music.

I had taken up music from an early age. Often freestyling for friends and family. However, I eventually took up production as well. After a three-year hiatus, I returned to making music in 2021, dropping my first official single featuring talented Virginia artist J.See. I have produced more tracks with J.See as well. Additionally, I will be dropping an official beat tape in the span of a few months. 

 

Garnering attention from a unique and somewhat odd marketing strategy of creating short recipe videos on social media, I had quickly gained a strong fan base, although not initially for my music. However, with short clips of my music playing in the background, I grew my social media presence. I had built up thousands of streams on my first few songs, eventually establishing my presence as a serious artist.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

The strategies that helped me to become successful are staying consistent uploading content every day. I also made a point to listen to my audience and do my best to give them the content they were looking for.

Any message for our readers.

A message I could give the readers is that if you have a goal to be successful, it is more achievable now than it ever has been. Social media has opened the door to reach millions just from your phone. The most important thing is to stay consistent and continue to push through the hard times.
