Las Vegas based Music Artist Mr. MiLK is making a huge buzz with his new single ‘Head Like a Hole’

Head Like a Hole is the newest release from the rising indie artist Mr. MiLK. This is a complex instrumental piece that can thrill fans of original music who are looking for musicians outside of the mainstream. This piece offers a fascinating combination of instruments and percussion and is a perfect showcase of Mr. MiLK’s talents as a musician who is bringing this kind of music to a new level.

Mr. MiLK is just 18 years old and is already creating amazing instrumental pieces. Often, he takes existing songs to give them this mixed treatment and offer a new sound for popular tracks. Head Like a Hole, in particular, brings back the classic of the same name from Nine Inch Nails and offers a particular version with a solid instrumental base.

Mr. MiLK, known to some also as Noah Mills, is a young artist from Las Vegas, Nevada, who is looking to take his career to the next level. This artist started working with a professional’s dedication to music when he was just 12, playing bass in the school orchestra. Later on, he discovered Pro Tools, FL Studio, and Abelton, which empowered him to begin creating, mixing, and mastering his own music. But, of course, beyond the programs he uses, Mr. MiLK also stands out as an artist who can play the acoustic and the electric guitar, the bass, the cello, the drums, the keyboard, and the synthesizer. This one-man-band approach has allowed him to perfectly align the specific sound of each instrument to create something bigger than the sum of its parts. As a multi-instrumental producer and creator, MiLK offers something distinct and full of passion and skill. The musician finds inspiration in the work of varied artists, who include Nine Inch Nails, Primus, Cypress Hill, Tool, Snoop Dogg, and Rage Against the Machine.

Head Like a Hole is the single from his album Protruding Planet. It follows another release, Acquainted Karaoke, and shows the amazing growth process Mr. MiLK has had within the past year. Mills is releasing a lot of new pieces, and Head Like a Hole is a standout from an amazing album featuring sixteen tracks. Protruding Planet came out in October of 2022, on Halloween.

Head Like a Hole stands out for its instrumental sound and electrifying remix. The whole album offers a dark ambiance that hooks the listener in and a lot of interesting choices with percussive and electronic elements. The whole track is a masterful mix of organic and electronic that transforms this breakout hit into something for the modern age, mixing together retro and modern, electronic and traditional. Do make sure to explore the rest of the album.

We had the pleasure of interviewing Mr. MiLK. Here are the excerpts from the interview.

Hi, Great to have you with us today! Please share with our readers about yourself

Hi ! I’m Mr. MiLK. I was born and raised in sin city, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. I’m 18, Unsigned, and I like nachos. I began my music career playing the bass in the school orchestra at age 12. Now I make music using Pro Tools, FL Studio, and Abelton. I do all the recording/mixing/mastering myself, playing acoustic/electric guitar, bass, cello, drums, keyboard/synthesizer, and creating my own samples to make my music.

My influences would look like a mixed playlist of Primus, Cypress Hill, Tool, Snoop Dogg, Rage Against The Machine, and Nine Inch Nails.

Thanks For Showing LUV and listening to my newest (11th) album Protruding Planet.

Please tell us about your music.

I’ve been very lucky as an artist. In 2019 when the world got shut down, my uncle used his covid 19 stimulus check to buy me a computer, Ableton push 2, FL studio, and a bunch of recording equipment. I used my downtime to teach myself to produce mix and master and in 2021, I released ten albums of original music. I’m currently a senior enrolled at Delta academy in the prestigious Rapa program, focusing on learning more and refining my art. For this 11th album, I wanted to get it to sound perfect. I hope that someday it will be used for a movie soundtrack.

Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?
