Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Jud Hailey, an Americana Folk Singer and Songwriter. 15 years of solid experience has put Jud and his band at the top of the industry.
Jud enjoys the freedom that being an independent musician provides. From performing upwards of 260 shows a year around the greater Minneapolis area to creating all of his own merchandise, artwork, and online content, Jud is a true working musician who lives to create.
Outside of his music, Jud can also be found hosting the YouTube show Brews and Eats with Badass Peeps, where he talks with other friends and musicians about life in the music industry.
Please tell us about what it is that you do.
For the last 20 years, I have made a living as a performer in the Midwest of the United States. Before COVID quarantine, I was performing upwards of 260 shows per year.
During COVID, I built out my home studio and started recording songs for my upcoming release called ‘All Good Things.’ The studio sessions, which I dubbed COVID Sessions. The album will be released on all streaming networks on 01/01/21.
