Professional Life
Nick Jonas started acting when he was 7. In 2002, he released a single that allowed him to sign with Columbia Records and start the Jonas Brothers band. As the name suggests, the Jonas Brothers featured Nick alongside Joe and Kevin, his brothers, with a boy-band style presentation. It made them hugely popular among teens and other demographics. It’s About Time, the debut album from the Jonas Brothers, came out in 2006 with Columbia, but the band decided to leave the label in favor of Hollywood Records. In 2007, they released the second album, Jonas Brothers, which became a hit. Along with his brothers, Nick worked with the Disney Channel, which helped him get more exposure and fans. The channel provided them with starring roles in films like Camp Rock, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, and shows like Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream and Jonas. Between 2008 and 2010, the band was a big fixture on Disney.

He also appeared on the X Factor and The Voice as a judge and a coach, respectively. 2019 saw the return of the Jonas Brothers with Happiness Begins. Nick’s latest album as a solo artist, Spaceman, came out in 2021.
