Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Leena Joshi, Motivational Speaker, Image Consultant, Author of Amazon Best Seller ‘Find The Best In U’ book and Women of the Year 2019.
Hi, please tell us about what it is that you do.
I am a quality manager in pharmaceuticals by profession and a life motivational coach and image consultant by passion. I provide career coaching to university students to put their best foot forward in professional life after graduation. I do image consulting for men and women from all walks of life and help them bring out the best in them by styling and providing complete guidance on image building.
I have also been a beauty pageant mentor and a judge. During my mentorship, I guide and prepare pageant contestants for being themselves, being confident on stage, and how to go through each round of competition with confidence and ease.
During career coaching, I was also one of the panelists to guide students in sports on managing their time and giving their best in both study and sports.
I am also a model. I have walked the ramp in New York Fashion Week and other renowned designers from the industry.
What inspired you to write your book ‘Find The Best In U’ and start your brand?
Due to my consistent passion for motivating and coaching people through image consulting, I was awarded as a woman of the year 2019 for redefining Image Consulting. The award was given by former Miss Universe. I have received many awards from the community as well.
Then, I realized I need to take my passion to another level to reach out to more people. And I decided to write a book ‘Find The Best In U.’ The book has been one of the Amazon Best Sellers worldwide.
After that, I wanted to take forward The Best In U brand as my identity and passion for what I do. Now the brand has a successful YouTube Channel, TheBestInU, and a blog. I am getting amazing responses from people for both, and it’s very encouraging.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Being a full-time professional, sometimes it gets difficult to focus on both profession and passion. But my drive to continue to take The Best In U brand to reach more people helps me keep going. It’s all about planning on moving forward with my goal each day keeps me in check.

Never underestimate your potential. If you really focus and work hard, you will achieve what you want and more. The key is to be consistent.
