Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing De'Troy Bratcher, a 24-year-old African American Entrepreneur, Photographer, and Director at Limitless Studios based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is also a YouTuber having varied experience in being a part of renowned shows and tours. Several media houses and publications have covered him on the internet. He is popularly known by his social media handle and the short name ‘DeTroyJb.'
De'Troy has worked with several reputable artists such as Aaron Carter and Lil Tjay and has gone on tours with them. The tours have given him more recognition, name, and fame on the international stage.
De'Troy is extremely good at computers. Therefore, he started posting gaming videos, such as Call of Duty, on YouTube until the year 2014. De'Troy eventually quit his day job in 2017 and became fully self-employed by doing local photoshoots and music videos. In just two years, he became one of the youngest emerging creatives and entrepreneurs of Pennsylvania.
One of his videos even went viral and received more than 250k views on Facebook, which he used to reach more and more people. Through this process, De'Troy networked with several renowned celebrity promoters & managers. This is what led to him being able to initially begin touring. His mother, Latisha Bratcher, has played a critical role in making him successful and supporting him during his journey. De'Troy's mother was always there for him, even when all other family members were against him and his dreams of becoming a successful entrepreneur.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Honestly, just being able to be creative and connect with people. If you have even the slightest amount of talent and show people that in a creative way while also becoming a person they like. It'll get you incredibly far almost instantly.
