Please tell us something about your company ‘SeePPE’.
We are a team of doctors and dentist, designers, and engineers. Together we have over 40 years of experience in manufacture, design and have been in the front line of medical and dental teams.
We have been in the PPE business since 2007. Over 70,000 dentists trust our medical-grade face shields to keep their patients safe during high-risk procedures. Due to the high demand, we have modified the face shield for the non-medical person and for everyday use.
How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.
The need for PPE and Face Shields has been greater than ever this year. We received so many inquiries for a face shield OUTSIDE of the medical and dental profession due to our unique design. We had our own patients constantly ask how they could get this face shield. We had teachers, office staff, estheticians, restaurant workers, moms, and dads constantly inquiring about our face shields. The message became clear that there is a need for high quality and protective shields for the general public. That is how SeePPE evolved. Our convenient flip up and down feature, along with being fully adjustable, lightweight, and easily replaceable shields, have made our face shield the most popular and versatile design available. In addition, we have created a KIDS FACE SHIELD line with fun designs, shields designed for active kids while keeping all the fun features; great protection as kids go back to school.
What inspires you?
We are inspired by all the hardworking frontline workers. From March through June, we watched countless people face the unknown, unstudied virus head-on. It was inspiring and even more important to us to create proper PPE for their protection. We have donated over $100,000 worth of PPE to institutions around the nation. We continue to be inspired by the communities in all aspects as they come together to face this virus and help bring life back to normal again.
