Today, we have the pleasure of Interviewing Claudia Da Silva. She is a Model, an Actor, and CEO of her company. She has been in the modeling industry since a very young age. She started when she was 6 or 7 years old. Let’s hear more about her journey!
Hi, Please introduce yourself and tell us about what it is that you do.
Hi! My full name is Claudia R Ribeiro Da Silva. People prefer calling me by my short name Claudia da Silva. I am a model, actor, I do poems and writing, I am also CEO of All You Need GCRB. I am a single mom of two beautiful children. They are my world. I was born on 03/07/1989, and I am originally from Brazil. My ethnicity is German European.
I started modeling when I was 6 or 7 years old. It was a commercial for a smile teeth advertisement. I believe they picked the right kid because I couldn’t stop smiling. Hahaha, I was just so happy.
After my first job, I realized I just love modeling, and it’s something I can do very well. It’s like a connection I have with the camera. It almost feels like the camera is a boyfriend to me.
Can you please tell us more about your journey?
I love photography’s and posing in front of a camera to me was indescribable. I feel myself when I’m doing any modeling work. I won’t call it work if I wasn’t getting paid. I would call it a hobby, something I have a passion for.
I’ve had always face obstacles in my life. Sometimes I had to take a break from pursuing my dreams, but not for too long as I consider myself very determined, and I have always pursued my dreams. Still, unfortunately, as humans, we all have those times where we just need a break from everything to realize if that is what you really want. And, well, I just realized that being a model was and still is what I want.
I can do many things in life. I love to sing and act as well. I won’t share very much about that today. There is always a next time for more.
As right now, I can say I’m very blessed for everything I have. My children are my motivation, they make me realize how strong I can be, and With God, everything is possible.
I not only love my job, but I also love the people I work with, no matter if it is for a short time or for a long time. I feel like we are a team – the makeup artist, the hairstylist, the photographers, the manager, the director, and I love them all. I haven’t really had any bad experience with any of my team workers.
I am always ready for my job, I’m very proud to be a part of a major model community. Of course, there are always pros and cons, just like any other job. Lots of people think modeling is a very easy job, but I can say that modeling might be one of the most difficult jobs. But this is a discussion for another day.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Some of the things that have helped me in my success are:
I always stay strong. I believe there are many beautiful faces out there. It’s important to show more than that.
I have always been myself. I feel this is important because if you are pretending to be someone you are not, your chances to grow vanish. This is because if you are pretending to be someone else, it’s obvious you are not happy with your self, so how will other people feel about you? Definitely, the same way you feel about yourself!
I focus on having positive thoughts, and I believe being positive is necessary for the modeling career or any other profession.

If you have a dream, pursue it. The truth is you might feel a few people are supporting you. Still, there would be many many more trying to tell that you will never make it. And you wanna know something they are wrong or right as much’s you want and believe them to be, so Stay Strong.
