Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Sia Nomigolzar, a realtor at CENTURY 21 Kennect Realty. With a greater focus on listing homes, he serves the Greater Toronto Area. The process of buying or selling Real Estate can be very stressful. Still, he believes in going above and beyond for every client and ensuring that every experience is positive.
Can you please tell us more about your journey?
It’s been a long and hard journey to become a realtor. Everything along the way prepared me for this great business. I’ve put a lot of time into training my sales and negotiation techniques, and the most important aspect of the business, which is customer service. Throughout my journey, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from York University. I received a certificate on Successful Negotiations from the University of Michigan. I took many courses and had many jobs, and even started a couple of businesses. Now, I am putting all of my training and focus on helping people find and get the greatest deals on their properties and dream homes. I am always learning and growing as the business changes and adapts to technological advances.
Please tell us more about what you do.
I deal mainly with the re-sale of residential real estate, with a higher emphasis on listing and selling properties in the GTA. However, I am licensed to trade anywhere in Ontario and also have access to new VIP pre-construction projects all across the GTA. As long as the property is located within Toronto, Vaughan, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, or any other GTA areas, I got you covered!
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
My psychology background, mixed with my passion for sales and negotiations, has been really valuable in finding and securing the best deals for my clients using elaborate and complex techniques. The main things that have helped me become successful are time management, a professional and positive attitude, and a healthy lifestyle. These strategies have made it easier for me to stay hungry for more and continue learning when most would be contempt.

I want everyone to know that consistency, passion, and hard work are the main aspects of success. No matter how you measure success, love what you do, and then work hard no matter the motivation levels!
