1. Please tell us something about yourself.
I am a very attentive, thoughtful person, with a certain gift of people. I like to work on something that may be helpful for other people, to solve some kind of problem. I have always been a very autonomous person with an entrepreneurial mind.
2. How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey?
Having grown up multicultural with multilingualism on Mallorca and after studying, working with renowned real estate agencies and thorough market knowledge, the team can be a versatile link between the prospective buyer and the owner.
3. In the actual situation, how do you think will the COVID affect the real estate market?
We believe that the market will suffer a slight drop in sales in general terms. We hope that later it will recover step by step, to reach levels like the previous ones, and even higher. If we then take a look at the luxury sector, we can see that the drop in sales caused by such an event is much less than in the general market. It should also be noted that the investment property market, in situations such as the current one, remains or even increases.

Warren Buffet, Ryan Serhant and Connor McGregor (I think he is a Marketing genius).
5. What inspires you ?
To connect sellers and buyers, to find the perfect luxury vacation property for my customers and the perfect investments with good ROI.

In short, do things my own way. This means that he had been observing real estate agencies for years, with strategies and procedures equal to those applied 10 or 20 years ago. I wanted to do something different, incorporate technology, online marketing, new sales techniques, etc..
