Today, we are interviewing Sheena Mullins. Sheena Markets Greenville is her brand. She’s a beautiful, stunning, intelligent, multi entrepreneur in her own right! She ventured into Wholesaling real estate about 2 years ago. She is a natural networker and enjoys marketing!
Sheena is a Mother first and takes pride in her daughter Serena. Sheena is a class act, When it comes to business, being smart, and beautiful, she tops the charts.
How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey?
I partnered with Developers in the local Greenville SC area, which made real state interesting. I later learned more about wholesaling and flipping properties and the importance of investing in real estate. I have partnered with other Wholesalers and Realtors in the area to sell homes.
I am the CEO and brains behind SMG Financial LLC, an investment firm local to Greenville SC, but acquires and purchases property in SC, NC, GA, & FL. This firm can help homeowners of vacant homes, facing foreclosure, or landlords tired of renting or costly repair sell their homes fast, and all without closing cost, commissions, or realtor fees.
Who are your role models?
My mother is my role model because she has always displayed hard work ethics and how to be a real woman at everything. And of course, Michelle Obama.
What inspires you?
Leadership, my daughter, and success all inspire me.
What’s your most memorable experience?
Giving birth to my daughter.
Which social media channels work best for promoting your work? What exactly do you do on the social media channel that makes it work for you?
I love to use Instagram and Facebook.
What’s your greatest fear?
Not being fearful, Nothing scares me!
Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?
Looking back, I wish I understood people and understood that not everyone’s intentions are right. So we must know how to separate that, it made me very strong and who I am today.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Strategies are always evolving, and if someone says it’s one thing, it’s not. There are many strategies for becoming successful. I am still learning and still perfecting.
What keeps you going when things get tough?
Back to my star child again, Serena is my REASON when things get tough. I look at her because NO real person can ever have that bright-eyed child look to them as the SHERO mom and sit back and be complacent.
