With over a decade of experience excelling in various roles within the property industry, Bilat now resides as Business Development Manager at Allen Goldstein. His time is spent designing, overseeing, and implementing strategies within the agency, as well as continually taking steps to deliver the best possible services for tenants and landlords. A specialist in his field, he continually looks to utilize aspects of public relations and artificial intelligence to deliver an ‘above and beyond' solution in response to the property market's ever-evolving needs.
A firm believer in focus and self-discipline, Bilat is passionate about personal growth and loves a challenge. He enjoys being fit & healthy. In his downtime, he can often be found coaching and competing in semi-professional boxing.
Please tell us about your journey.
Dropping out early on in school delays I wanted to pursue my dream of bringing change to the business Industry, most businesses forget about the people that are part of that company and only consider the growth and sales, my vision was totally different. I wanted to bring change to develop the very people of that company making the people of the company confident and having belief in themselves. I started my first company when I was 21 and within two years it became very successful. I was always in the mode to provide above and beyond service to the clients and making sure that growth was something everyone had. I replicated that in all my businesses I ever established until today. I am a firm believer that anyone can achieve anything. I love to give back to the community and especially the young individuals that look for Guidance.
I have built up successful businesses from scratch. I couldn't become a pro boxer but was an amatuer. Then I pursued semi-pro boxing and became London champion recently.
Please tell us about what it is that you do.
I am a Founder and Consultant for businesses that struggle. I help and motivate those who are struggling, highlighting that anything is possible and no one should give up. I specialise in growth of companies and deal with exclusive properties, also I work on a one to one basis with my team to deliver the best. I have a huge network of other entrepreneurs and can easily market smaller upcoming entrepreneurs to the mainstream world.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
The strategies that helped me were that I was able to confidently take calculated risks. I selected team members carefully and found the flaws in my competitors from the early days. I valued my time and managed it well. I always try to keep up with new ways of delivering the best possible outcome in the business.
