Today, we have the privilege of interviewing Mr. Lovell Ramsay. He is creative, a leader in his niche & a visionary. He is a music producer and a filmmaker who is a real estate broker and owner of Creative Real estate Pros in NYC.
1. Please tell us something about yourself.
I was born in Chicago. My father was a tradesman from Kingston, Jamaica, he taught me the importance of negotiation. My mother was from Chicago, Illinois, she worked for one of the biggest companies in Chicago back in the 80s Soft sheen products. She was an advertising genius. I learned all about art and creativity from her.
2. How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey?
During my young age, I was fascinated by films and spent time recreating scenes from movies like the ‘Empire Strikes Back’, which gave me the eye to make films. I traveled the world by joining the navy and experienced a lot of cultures and could never get away from creativity. Like a calling, I ended up working several different jobs along my journey, everything from fitness to room service of a hotel to sales and finally got an opportunity to shoot a documentary on a well known Real estate personality.

Helping people reach their full potential creatively and financially. Leadership and leading people for a better lifestyle and happiness
5. Please tell us about your company
Creative Real Estate Pros is a company that helps artists, musicians, actors. It helps them be financially stable by using real estate as a tool and not a job. We help all creatives by training them show apartments show homes, deal with customers. So they can make money on a regular basis . In return, they will invest that money in their own personal creative passions.
6. What’s your most memorable experience?
Meeting Robert De Niro and Al Pacino at the same time. I always wanted to meet them as a young child. I said I was going to meet them and it happened, it was surreal. And have a chance to admire their work on the silver screen.
7. How are you using different social media channels/online marketing to market your work?

8. What’s your greatest fear?
Not being able to produce and direct major films.
9. Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?
The importance of not having a negative mindset because your mindset dictates all outcomes in your life. What you think is what will transpire 99% of the time.
10. What are the success strategies/secrets that helped you in your journey?
Attention to detail, accountability, reliability and trust, time management, and compassion for people that work for me.
