His first marriage was to Loretta Gold, an American woman. They had three children. In 2007, the family moved to America, but in 2012, Loretta and the kids returned to London. In 2015, Kemsley married Dorit Kemsley, and they have two children, a son and a daughter. Kemsley is Jewish.
Professional Life
In 1984, Kemsley dropped out of school and worked as a surveyor. Between 1985 and 1992, he worked in commercial real estate as an agent, while in 1992, he joined Mike Ashley at Sports Direct.
In 1995, Kemsley established his own company, Rock Joint Ventures Ltd., with Joey Lewis and Daniel Levy. The company grew tremendously and was worth 750 million pounds by 2007. However, in 2009, due to the financial crisis, the company was placed into administration and ended Kemsley’s involvement with the enterprise.
