Davison has been in three marriages. First, she wed actor Christopher Mayer between 1985 and 1986. Then, between 1997 and 2000, she wed Jon Lindstrom. Both men were soap opera actors, appearing in series like Santa Barbara. Finally, in 2003, Davidson married actor and athlete Vincent Van Patten. The two had a son.
Professional Life
Davidson started acting in 1982. This year, she originated the role of Ashley Abbott on the long-running soap opera The Young and the Restless. This character was hugely popular and made Ashley a central character on the series. She would remain with the series until 1988, when she was replaced by Brenda Epperson. In the 80s, Davidson also would appear in The House on Sorority Row and Easy Wheels.
