Emongg is an American E-Sports professional gamer, and influencer mainly focusing on first-person shooter type of games, and Emongg has competed in a variety of professional game tournaments for such games as Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, Battlefield, and Overwatch. He has seen the most success competing in Overwatch tournaments, where he competed under the Selfless Gaming team and placed first at such events as Rivalcade Weekly and Overwatch Rumble.

Life before fame
Not much is known about Emongg before his professional gaming days. All that is known is that he was a very active gamer from a very young age and has grown up playing the original Playstation, which is where his gaming journey began.

Emongg has really made a name for himself as being one of the best first-person shooter players in the world. He has been competing on top-level teams for quite a while. Emongg used to be a professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player but has since switched to playing Overwatch. He was previously a member of “Team Selfless.”
Emongg’s Twitch channel is filled with high-level stream recording where he show’s off his competitive prowess. His channel has grown to have over 630,000 followers making his gaming channel the biggest on Twitch.

Emongg is an active esports member and frequently competes in high-level tournaments for Overwatch with cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to – 150,000. He left e-sports for a while after opening his Twitch account as he wanted to get followers on it in order to get more exposure.
His playing style is quite unique, and he uses the arrow keys instead of the typical “WASD” button setup. He is also very calm and collected when playing and has shown to be a great clutch player.

Regarding his love life, Emongg was dating the popular Twitch streamer Whiffany for a couple of years. Judging by the latest posts by Whiffany, it looks like they have separated for the time being but still seems to be friendly towards one another.
Emongg has stated that he has also been thinking about trying MOBA online games such as League of Legends and Dota 2, but the steep learning curve is what has kept him from trying them until this point as he has so little time these days, having to manage his Twitch channel as well as participate in Overwatch tournaments that are happening every month, at the very least.
